MY STORY
Hi there!! I want to take this opportunity to say thank you so much for showing interest in Kirtanraj Fitness. I truly believe that in order to produce quality results, you as an individual will be needing proper guidance as much as possible. There must be a reason on why you are interested on hiring me as your online coach or just to know more about me. If you are going to select me as your online coach, i cant wait to see the transformation that you are going to make. Doesn’t matter if your goal is to lose fat or to put on muscles, what matters is that you take the first step towards achieving your goal. I can certainly help you out with that but I will need you to give me 100% effort and in return I’ll give 200%.
My story.
Long story short, I was once super skinny, weighing at about 57kg at 175cm. Growing up I was always shy and not so confident around people. I was more of an introvert and a shy kind of guy. People tend to make fun of my size. Some even told me that ill never grow bigger as I was born skinny. When I wanted to hit the gym, some told me not to because I would only lose more weight. But it all changed when I took my first step in the gym. So here’s the thing, the human body is so complex. You decide how you want to look and not let anyone else say you’re anything less. Each of us are capable of achieving so much, mentally and physically. My goal is to help you transform your body and life. I have always loved helping people, doesn’t matter what the circumstances are. But helping people doing what I love, that’s a dream come true.
I first stepped into the gym in 2013 accompanying my friends and not knowing what I was doing so I just went and did some "cardio" and some bicep curls. Of course I saw some really huge guys and well, they gave me the stare as if I was not good enough to even enter the gym. Being the not so confident kid in the room, I decided to just give up. I'm pretty sure i am not the only one who has gone through this kind of situation. So if you have gone through it as well, i feel you.
2 years later, I officially started training early of 2015. I studied, learned and gained as much as I could. Every night I would read countless of articles and watch countless of YouTube videos. But here’s the thing, just like how there’s a great amount of true and useful knowledge, there is also lots of myths and lies on the internet regarding fitness. Fast forward here I am. I am willing to share as much information as I can for absolutely free for anyone who’s willing to change their body and lifestyle.
So I want to thank you for taking your time reading on what I have to say and what I have been through. If you are going through something similar, doesn’t matter if you’re underweight or overweight, I am here to help. Below is what I offer and this could be the start of something great.

Consistency and flexibility leads to sustainability. This is what i live on. You need to be consistent if you want to see great results. Being flexible with what you eat on a daily basis gives you more freedom and it will be more fulfilling. That's the kind of lifestyle that i practice and preach on. We all want to be able to go out with our family and friends and have good time and eat whatever we want and still look good physically and not worry about gaining a few pounds of fat the following week. Of course with great success comes with great sacrifice but sustainability is key. So before you start this journey, think of long term results. Fitness is a marathon and not a sprint. Patience is everything.
